I have heard astounding reports of how effective and fun it is to use Memrise to learn Na'vi vocabulary. I have been using it myself to see what it's all about and have found it to be quite addictive. It's really interesting and I thought it was worth posting about on here.

Memrise is a fun game-like spin on flash cards/quiz style learning. It's about "planting seeds" (new words) and "growing" them in the "greenhouse" ad "garden" of your memory. It is really easy to add memory aids like mneumonics and Etymologies and Examples and audio clips etc etc. You get quizzed as you are introduced new words and you try to do it in a certain amount of time and you earn points as you go. It used to have a leaderboard function, but it has been temporarily disabled due to people falsely boosting by crafty means. You can even download the whole course as an Excel spreadsheet if you want.

Creating a Memrise account is not required but I recommend it so you can save your progress. Creating an account is very easy, fast, and costs nothing.

The "leNa'vi" Memrise vocabulary is at 1000 words (It goes from Z -> K, I think) but it's a great place to start building some vocabulary. here are some lists I've found on there:

Na'vi Vocabulary Z to K

Na'vi adpositions (not every single one, but most of them)

EDIT: Actually, It seems that this has been posted here before. Somehow I missed it:

UPDATE: I have become a curator for the Na'vi topic on Memrise and have made loads of edits to that list as well have extended it vastly and included mnemonics, pictures, and etymologies. I have also added part of speech for EVERY single word. Happy Memrise! Let's add further comments about the list on the thread linked above. Locking this redundant thread.
