hì'i and tsawl have been declared opposites.

apxa however not totally sure...if you haven't noticed, there are MANY adj that we have no opposite for yet...we have to say (for now)noun ke lu adj...until the opposite arrives.

Ma Le'eylan, thank you for these great Prezi lessons.

Here are a few corrections and comments on some of your lessons:

Lesson 1:
There are two pictures of the Floating Mountains with the Na'vi word Iknimaya. I think "ayRam aLusìng" would be more appropriate here. Here are the definitions from Taronyu's dictionary:
Iknimaya - Stairway to Heaven, the rite of passage for young Na’vi
ayRam aLusìng - the Floating Mountains (c.w. from ram mountain and lìng hover)

Lesson 3:
"ngäzìk" - The formula on the blackboard (3234+ 57483/67-x435=) contains the non-Na'vi digit '8'.
* nouns- the title is name of the emotion, and then there can be connected nouns below
* adjectives
"husahaw", "ftue" and "ngäzìk" are missing from the word list at the end.
"lekeye’ung" should be "lekye’ung" (see dictionary and http://forum.learnnavi.org/vocab-phrases/keyeung-%28noun%29-le-prefix-lekyeung-%28adj%29-why/)
"fnu" (quiet, be quiet) is not an adjective but a verb.

Lesson 5b:
"Menga lu lekeye’ung" -> "Menga lu lekye’ung"

Lesson 6:
Instead of the non-Na'vi formula "(7+7)*2 = 28" you can better use something like:
"12+17-4 = 25" as this is correct in both octal and decimal. (Other option is "(5*6-2)/4=7"  )

Lesson 10:
vol + mrr = vomrr. This is not fully correct because the picture under "mrr" shows four fingers, not five.

Ma DutchNavi, many thanks for this. As known, those words were not known at the time when these were made. and as for finding the errors, I appreciate it, as I otherwise would have assembled the Project NgayNume KS members together to review the prezis.

Feel free to continue doing this. it is a big help for everyone really.

Yes, I thought so.

Ma Tirea Aean, thank you for your kind words, but please don't count too much on my "Na'vi expertise" yet, I am really only a beginner. Because of my clumsy way of learning the language, I just happened to find some errors. I use an Excel-sheet with the words from Taronyu's dictionary and in a second sheet I put the words I want to learn in the first column. In the second column it shows the words with stress, translation and type of word. If there is no match the word might be spelled incorrect (or may contain an infix or something). The entries in the second column are in the input format for Teach 2000, a versatile tool to help you learn foreign words and it also runs on Linux (with wine). I have included my excel file for Prezi Lesson 3.

So probably it is still a good idea to assemble the Project NgayNume KS members for a review of these lessons.

A nice addition for the lessons would be to have the stress in the Na'vi words underlined. Although I know that underlining (drawing) is possible in Prezi, it may be a lot of work.

I think I've fixed all the errors in the prezis that were mentioned here.

Ma Le'eylan, thank you for your great work. I noticed you updated the color section in Lesson 3 too!

About fnu: You marked it as a verb, but I hope it is possible to turn it into an adjective so it will match wok and ’ango.
I read in the nutshell grammar that there is an infix <us> to do this. Maybe fnusu would be correct?

There is still a lekey'ung left in Lesson 3:

You can use them in two ways:
I. Poe lu lekey’ung
2. a) Tute alekye’ung
   b) Lekye’ung atute

and in the last (overview) slide of Lesson 5b:  Menga lu lekeye’ung.

Na'vi Lesson 6, slide: "Tsakrr, Pehrr/Krrpe?", pink note:

Kaltxi oeyä tsmukan/
tsmuke. Ngrau lu fpom
Ngrau -> Ngaru,
srak?
Le’ylan ROCKS!
Le’ylan -> Le’eylan
(Please keep this great note!)

Na'vi Lesson 7:
KEHEEEE! Ke tiran nemfa    tiran -> tìran
palulukanä kelku!

palulukan: ’rrrawrr -> ’rrrawrrr ('rr-raw-rrr)

Fnusu would be "quieting" as in... "The silencing hush"
Since we have tìfnu actually in the dictionary as a noun: "quiet/silence", I would say you could use lefnu to mean just "quiet" as an adjective.

  • Updated 2b with a lot of new infixes

Prezi lesson 2b is great! It makes many infixes much easier to understand and learn.

Some corrections:
pxìsrekrr -> pxisrekrr
pxìmawkrr -> pximawkrr
This is best visible on slide 9 (after the dinos)
But also on slides 6-8, 10-12 and 14-30. That is 24 slides in total.

On the four slides with the words tamul, tìmul, tìyul and tayul, the cross (horizontal line) on the "t" of "tul" is for a technical reason not (always) visible. So the word "tul" looks more like "lul", which is unfortunately a profanity in Dutch. :o

Thank you Le'eylan for your beautiful work!

Aside from STILL being stuck with tsaylì'u ahì'i, here's oeyä säfpil:

Next prezi could be a prezi on conjunctions (fwa, futa, furia, tsawa, tsata, sì tsaria).  If it is done well, I will find this prezi quite useful and you will get a kuuki ;D

I find every single one.

oh.

YES agree on we should do those... but i look at those particular words not as conj, but as demonstrative blank nouns attributed to the following word, phrase clause, or sentence. fwa is the way of making a word, phrase, clause, or sentence into the subject of a nontransitive verb, futa is the way to make a word, phrase, clause, or sentence into the direct object of a transitive verb. furia/tsaria are kinda same as fwa as for sentence function, and tsata is basically the same as futa...

those Ranting technicalities stated, lets try to show how to use them via SIMPLE Nautral methods: prezi association! :D :D <isnt that much better tahn trying to figure out what i just said? and even if you do get what i said...isnt it still easier? :D>
