Sìltsana ngawnopa lì'fya.  One thing in the phonology you chose is very intersting: labiodental nasal, but no bilabial nasal (and usually, {ɱ} is an allophone of {m}).

In my planned conlang (not out there yet :P), there are 8 vowels with three vowel qualities, plus a reduced vowel: central (plain): {i}, {e}, {ɛ}, {æ}, {ɑ̹}, {ɔ}, {o}, {ɤ}, retroflexed: {i˞}, {e˞}, {ɛ˞}, {æ˞}, {ɑ̹˞}, {ɔ˞}, {o˞}, {ɤ˞}, lateralized: {il}, {el}, {ɛl}, {æl}, {ɑ̹l}, {ɔl}, {ol}, {ɤl}, and the reduced vowel {ɘ} (plain form only).  I'm not 100% sure what I want for the consonants, but I have some ideas in mind: no lateral approximants, but lateral fricatives, the voiceless velar fricative, and among others, this crazy phoneme: {r̝̊}.

Voiceless syllabic trill? I got that, not syllabic though.

Yeah, I like my vowels. And my consonants were fun. :D

Close.  Voiceless raised alveolar trill, much like in Czech, only rougher and without the voice.  It's quite unlikely it will be syllabic due to its rough nature.

You know, I didn't really have the time during the past month to look to carefully at this project of yours, but now that I have taken a closer look, it's quite awesome! I've been reading through all of the blog posts over the last couple hours or so, and I've got to say, I'm rather impressed.

Karma cookie for awesomeness!
