You don't really need any software like Rosetta Stone or Lingq to learn a language. I'd even dare to say that it's better to start learning without such programs (though Lingq seems to be a good idea for someone who's already intermediate). You can always use Anki or Memrise (though Memrise has changed recently, and personally, I don't like it anymore). With Anki, learning vocabulary (and practicing already learned words) takes about 2.16 minutes per one new word (for me at least). So if You'd want to learn Na'vi in one year (and by learn I don't mean to be fluent, but know all of the useful vocabulary and grammar), it'd take only about 12 minutes per day (rough estimate). Getting proficient at using them would only be a matter of practice.
