Irtaviš Ačankif

During my journeys through the desolate land of Middle-earth, forgotton for millennia since the Fifth Age, I went to where no man has gone before, the shore of the Great Sea east of Mordor. There this inscription was lying scrawled on a piece of paper in a forgotten tower of the Elves in the Feanorian letters. I could not decipher the message on it. Can you?

Hint: there are three languages involved. First person to decipher all the lines gets a karma.
Previously Ithisa Kīranem, Uniltìrantokx te Skxawng.

Name from my Sakaš conlang, from Sakasul Ältäbisäl Acarankïp

"First name" is Ačankif, not Eltabiš! In Na'vi, Atsankip.

Mech

I got only "Statistics". :)

The others seems to be from a slavic language?
