I am beginning year 11 this year.
I am taking (Math Related);

Mathematics 3A/3B (Calculus)
Mathematics Specialist 3A/3B (Physics incorporated math: Dealing with circular vectors etc.)
Physics 2A/2B (Physics)

All of these are the highest possible level to study in year 11. In year 12, I will study:

Mathematics 3C/3D
Mathematics Specialist 3C/3D
Physics 3A/3B

I'm 4th (last) year of the high school now, and I have:

Mathematics (hmm.. everything together  :D)
Physics

we don't have different levels to choose, we all learn the same stuff :P

Studying nothing now, but I had calculus last semester. In high school, I had Geometry, and Algebra 2 and 3.

I'll be taking statistics next, but don't know when (probably either fall 2011 or spring 2012).
2010 was the year of the Na'vi.Vivar 'ivong Na'vi!

Sveet! I got my school books today and I can't wait to start school!

If only ANY of the schools offered Astrophysics, or any extra curricular subjects for that matter..

IV Therapy/Access,  we have to calculate the drops/min

Volume to be infused X Drip Set (10, 15, 20, or 60) / time in minutes = gtts, which also includes conversion 20cc/mL per kg and 3L per volume of blood loss. @_o

Give us a chance, MORON!

`Eylan Ayfalulukanä

Been out of school for 30 years.
I struggled with math in school, but took a lot of it because I knew my career path demanded it. Got through Trigonometry/analytic geometry. Didn't take precalculus because I had a chance to do computer science (including a healthy dose of Boolean algebra) as an independent study course. That has taken me a lot farther than calculus ever would have.

Now, I am starting to learn math again, as I now enjoy mathematical diversions (still challenging, though). I am also learning higher math so I can better understand theoretical physics.

And thanks to Na`vi, I have a growing interest in linguistics... :)

For Theoretical Physics; I recommend reading books on Mechanics, so this will start you off with basic theorem. You don't really have to study Math to understand Theoretical Physics; just patience and an open mind.
