Supposed to be a thread where you can ask ratings for a movie, since IMDB isn't always right. (I mean, not everyone loves a movie, so when you're a sci-fi geek for example, you might love star trek, but someone who's more in to movies like crank might think Star Trek is dull.)

So you ask here a rating for a movie you might want to see, and others reply with if it's good or bad.

Yep, and Neytiri's sister getting shot. I know, JC wanted the real movie to release, but it would've been too long for theatres to show and they would miss a lot of money (since I'm only 15 (six views)) Well, we all hope that they'll release an extended and hopefully 3D-version of Avatar.

Ye it's probably will be like n LOTR , regular versions an also extended one's. I hope they'll make a "fan pack" that includes the EE ad some marchendise inside of it (like poster, shirt ec).

Yes the 4th is abduction and maaaan that movie sucked. At least for me.

The movie is unbelievably stretched beyond what has been reported in real abduction stories.  This was meant to be a work of fiction leveraging the accounts of real people.  On a interesting note, there are now emerging links to the lucid state encountered during episodes of sleep paralysis that may account for the reality of what people are experiencing.  However, I am on the fence until I have some first hand experience with ET.

Still off topic - There were PG rated films in the 80's that showed more of the female breasts.  See Yellowbeard.  The MPAA is not without its flaws. =)

For me it was just slow and I wasn't motivated enough from little nothings to get exicted about watching someone get mental rammed by aliens.

I guess that makes sense.. My nephew and uncle keep telling me how scary it is and that I should watch it too. I now know at least what it is. I think I'll watch it if they keep telling me too but for now I'll just let it go.
