How they came in with a video camera into the cinema? Did they have no controls at the entrance, especially at the premiere?

Maybe they can copy, during the production of copies to cinemas.

A lot of people don't have HBO, but still want to watch the show. The makers themselves have said that they "appreciate" the attention that piracy is. Also, a lot of the people downloading are hardcore fans that later on will buy both the dvd and blu-ray sets, accessories, t-shirts and props relating to the show.
What I think is sad is that HBO is only accessible for a restricted audience when it has such popular shows.
