i haven't seen it but it looks like assassins creed not prince of Persia from what i saw of the trailers

If i'm lucky enough i'll watch it tomorrow... but it's being like AC isn't a bad thing... they do resemble each other.
About the story, my only problem are the names.

The Prince has no known name! (and why they decided that Farah wasn't good enough for the girl )

So, i watched it an hour ago, and yeah, some of it really looks like Assassin's Creed, but it's good.
They did a good job on filling the parts of "just fighting" with the storyline.

Hope they'll make the second and third episodes too... Dahaka rules!

Sands of Time: Kickass
Warrior Within: less so

Just basing my opinion on the games, they are better off making a new story line and leaving the prince's emo years out...
We are talking about the makers of Pirates of the Carribean, so I'm sure they can make a good enough story without going down the whole "Dark Prince" path.

Prince of Persia isn't itself without Warrior Within. It simply wouldn't be the same! And really... Dakaka IS kickass (also the other more imporant characters, like Kaileena )

I think they should make movie from WW instead of just come up with a new story.



About the AC movie... i'm sure they won't miss a chance this great ("May the father of undersatnding guide(...)" them away from making a bad movie from AC )

I'm not denying that the Dahaka was cool (though those run-away sequences pissed me off) and I suppose the whole "prevent the sands of time from being made" was good, so I'm not too fussed if they make the next film along those lines, I just didn't think it was as good as the first.

Assassin's Creed's plot (Desmond and the whole Templar vs Assassins thing) just boiled my head (especially in the second game). I spent ages trying to figure out the clues left behind by Subject 16.

...and I really should put that in a spoiler just in case anyone hasn't played AC2...

I hope the next game is set in the real world

On the ps2 version of Sands of Time, you could play the first level of the original game (with new graphics and stuff), but I have never played the original game in it's entirety.

Man... i finished SoT about a year after i began...
I tried it once, than at one point i just couldn't find out where to go , so i left the game.
Than something came to my mind and guess what, i could find the way (although the sand-zombie-battles were very hard in the first game)

Sorry to ruin it, but the next game will be -at least as i know- AC 2.5, so it'll be Ezio again

Well I know the next one will be called Brotherhood and be Ezio, but they have said it's more of a spin-off than a sequel so there is a creed 3 to come too

My only problem is, if they want to give it a good add, then it'll be released in 20122112

hmmm, yeah. Took me a while to seperate the numbers then that's a good idea but I donm't want to wait that long, and brotherhood's gonna have multiplayer! YAY

Yeah... shame on my pc... it just doesn't like me playing multi... though i still have my old pc (AC1 worked on it, so maybe with the worst grafics it'll work), so i'll be able to play with my friend i hope...
