Actually, I saw 'Graces arms' and 'Jake's head' myself before, and more than a few others, not in this. 

I wondered about Jake's head, but I realized that it's NOT a continuity error. Something else moved moved it, Something that's not far away and is very pleased to see Jake isn't dead, his Ikran. It would be only natural for it to nuzzle Jake and try to wake him. See in story explanation, not a continuity error. 

'Neytiri's arrows' is simply proof that the 'CGI' is a smoke screen, we know the Na'vi are real, Neytiri must have put her arrows down between shots and simply forgotten to pick them up again, possibly after lunch.
