Ok, I know a lot of people HATE them, but I'm in love with them...
especially with Danny OMG THERE HE IS --->

And Johnny 3 Tears OMG THERE HE IS TOO! --->

But yeah. I just felt like sharing my new obsession :) And this is random, but click here www.undeadarmysoldiers.webs.com it's pretty neat. :)

So what do you think? I hope some people here like them, being as different as HU is. I just hope...:)

I'm mostly a metalhead, but I love the perfect combination of rap and metal, like Linkin Park used to do and Hollywood Undead does now. :-)

Kaltxì, ma frapo  :)! Interesting to see a thread about Hollywood Undead. I never thought that'd happen  :P. But here it is  ;D! While i may not be their biggest fan, i still like three of their songs: Young, City and Pain, all from Swan Songs (Their debut  ????).

I'm not completely sure they're Rap Metal  :-\. Rap Rock, sure but i haven't found much influence of Metal in the songs i've heard. From what i've heard they're categorized as Crunkcore, with Crunk being a genre of Rap-Rock quite different from Rap Metal. But i may be wrong since i haven't heard that many of their songs.

I would say Rap/Rock and a little bit of Pop considering their song "Coming Back Down" and "Pour Me" is not very rockish at all.
And good! I'm glad to hear that so many people like their songs! And yes, "Swan Songs" is their first Label Record, which is their debut. But before that they had their Myspace album.

So you could say Swan Songs is their second album, only that it's their first official album  ????

And about the ``Rap/Rock-statement´´: I agree with you. Some songs, like Everywhere I Go, just sound like plain Rap if you ask me. Young is pretty Hard Rock, though.

Srane, "Swan Songs" is their second album from a label's perspective.

Mllte, "Everywhere I Go" is all Charlie talking about...yeah; with their old singer, Deuce (Aron Erlichman) mildly singing a chorus, which is still similar to a rap. (Btw, Young is one of my favorites!) And if you listen to one of their newer songs, "S.C.A.V.A." that is a for sure mixture of rap/rock, along with "Hear Me Now". :)

Deuce left  ???? Did someone replace him  ????

Speaking of the band's members: Let's see if i can remember their names (Old lineup, that is, assuming Deuce left.): Johnny Three-Tears, Charlie Scene, Deuce, FunnyMan, J-Dog and... What was his name  ??? (Fail  :P.)?

Yeah, actually he was kicked out in 2009 because he expected the band to pay an extra $800 for his little assistant (Nobody else had one), he was claiming he wrote every song in Swan Songs, when in reality everybody wrote their own part, and he never showed up to their American tour. Charlie Scene took his spot for two weeks, when they found Daniel Murillo AKA "Danny".

Sìltsan, you have the members correct! The newest official member is Danny, and you can hear him sing ALL choruses in "American Tragedy". He wears a golden mask and this his him WITH it: and him without it:

Sorry about this mini bio, hrh(:

He used to be the lead singer/bassist for band Lorene Drive, but in 2009 (Not sure) he auditioned fir Season 9 of American Idol and made it to Hollywood. He was highly compared to Adam Lambert but was completely different from him, style wise.
He has natural voice talent; in my opinion, it's actually really nice to hear by itself. He can perform much better live than Deuce can, and overall HU has matured lyrically and musically since Danny joined, said Johnny 3 Tears.
So that's Danny!
