It's a song written over a long period of time for the purpose of being played as a whole. Hence the 57minute length.

I listened to the entire song (the video you posted and the link), and i must say: WTF

?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And i thought Everything by ``The Bizkit´´´was long

!!!!!!!! I must say, i liked the riffs. Reminded me somewhat of KoRn with their dark bass and heavy drum beats. However: You already know what i think of only-scream/growl-songs. And it was to dang long IMO. It got really repeatitive! I began to feel bored after a while. Sorry

Speaking of long:

In the song Given Up by Linkin Park, Chester Bennington does one of the longest screams i've ever heard: 17 sec

! And he does it seemingly without a single breath pause

! It starts at 2.26 and ends at 2.43.

I really find short songs annoying, when they are over as soon as you're really into it. Some songs don't ahve much in the way of content, in whch case just a few minutes isn't too bad, but I like ones with long epic story-type lyrics

I'm listening to one of the most superior metal bands ever
ANGEL GROVE but you can't hear them cause I'm in the pre recording stage of some of our songs. No I can't put clips up here cause then I won't feel good about myself.
