Your Favourites

(1/9) > >>

I listen to a good selection of music, listed in genre: power metal, rock, metal (all but the screaming crap, some songs have good instrumentals but the vocals kills the song/band), techno, classical, good soundtracks (like Avatar), sometimes even some country.

My ultimate favourite is power metal, like Rhapsody of Fire, Hammerfall, and Dragonland (Excluding Dragonforce, too popular and the songs sound the same after a while).

So what is your favourite?

My favorite kind of music is stuff like Infected Mushroom, Gorillaz and Nine Inch nails.

Infected mushroom - Heavy weight, Special place, Deeply disturbed, Becoming insane.. I have many favorites, couldn't ever name one.

Gorillaz - Ghost train - 68 State - The sounder - Dracula - Clint eastwood - Deltron Zero

Nine Inch Nails - All time favorite here is Just like you imagined. Several hundred playthroughs, Slipping away is also phenominal. The Fragile is a mindblowing album.

My current favorites are My Chemical Romance and Madina Lake.

My Chemical Romance: all their stuff, especially the first album (if I had to pick one song it would This Is The Best Day Ever)

Madina Lake: all of it :] (again, to pick one song would be Statistics)

Ezy Ryder:
My favorite genre is Psychodelic Rock or Acid Rock, but only from 60's. I also like blues, R'n'B or Jazz, but I hate almost every newer band. Like the Killers, Jay Z, Lady Ga Ga or something, from the newer I like almost only Guns and Roses, Arctic Monkeys, Rage Against the Machine and if there's more of them I don't remember know.

Favorite Bands - The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Gypsy Sun and Rainbows, Band of Gypsys, The Doors, Jethro Tull, The Who, B.B.King, Cream (Eric Clapton as a soloist also), The Beatles, The Dave Brubeck's Jazz Quartet, Chuck Berry, John Lee Hooker and Dirty Mac.

Favorite Tracks -  Machine Gun (20 mins. version), Voodoo Child (Slight Return), Spanish Castle Magic, She's so Fine, Are You Experienced?, I Don't Live Today, Can You See Me The Thrill is Gone, Song for Jeffrey, Come Together, Imagine, Yer Blues, Johnny B. Goode, Roll Over Beethoven, Calling all the Devils Children, Purple Haze and Hobo Blues. Check it, they're really great tracks; I listen to them minimally 7 hours per day and sometimes I almost get (eight miles) high of them.

Night Raider:
Older track but is awesome:

Koala - Imagine [Original Mix]

And of course the classics:

Arksun - Arisen [Original Mix]
Oceanlab - Sirens of the Sea [Above & Beyond Club Mix]
Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes [Pretty much all versions]

I can go on and on and on and on.... this is Trance.
