I would just omit ngeyä and switch nga with zene - I like it more this way.

I also like the equivalent Dutch proverb: waar een wil is, is een weg ("where a wish/desire is, (there) is a way (to do it)").

My attempt:

Txo tìkin, tsakrr fya'o.
If (there is) a need, then (there is) a way.

I'm surprised that tìnew isn't a word yet. In what other way can it be understood, other than Desire?

tì- is not productive. It creates mostly abstract words. So, I believe tìnew would be something like 'desire', but if this word will be confirmed one day, it could has another meaning.

kin: vtrm. need
tìkin: n. Need
new: vtrm. want, desire
*tìnew: n. Want, Desire
