tì- is not productive. It creates mostly abstract words. So, I believe tìnew would be something like 'desire', but if this word will be confirmed one day, it could has another meaning.

Good idea to use fkeytok I got the following idea now (marked for stress, because it has a "rhythm" ):

If a need exists, then also a way.

(Well, you need to pronounce tsakrr without stress for it to work )

It is my great hope that tìnew comes to mean "n. desire, will, Want." If it officially comes to mean anything else, It would imo be illogical(because it would have been such a perfect parallel to the tìkin) but welcome, I suppose. Meh. Let's stay away from tìnew until further notice; I think it's agreed by now

I doubt about the correctness of fì'u, because things can't happen but instead actions and events.
