Very nice! Just tsulfätunay seems to be redundant, I'd delete it.

And my versions are:
Fte slivu tsulfätu, zene fko tìkxey si nìpxay/pxaya alo -> To become master, one must make many mistakes
Tsulfätu to sngä'iyu nolui alo apxay -> Master failed more times than beginner
Sngä'iyu nui nì'it, tsulfätunay nì'ul, tsulfätu pxìm -> Beginner fails a little, near master more, master often (athought this version is least good)
Oe lu skxawng skxakep. Slä oe nerume mi.
"Oe tasyätxaw ulte koren za'u oehu" (Limonádový Joe)

Thanks for your comments :)
By removing tsulfätunay I can also notice that the sentence still sounds good.

Tsulfätu to sngä'iyu nolui alo apxay is probably what I wanted to say originally but I didn't know how to say it hrh

I'm glad that you like my attempts. Here's one more:
Srefwa numeyu slu tsulfätu, pxaya kxeyey len - Before student become master, many mistake happens / Student does many mistakes on his way to mastery.
Oe lu skxawng skxakep. Slä oe nerume mi.
