In Avatar, the Toruk Makto called to the Na'vi of other tribes to win the war. We have all come to know and love the Omitcayan people and on a broader sense Na'vi  people. The director, James Cameron has confirmed that Avatar will be a trilogy and I reckon that we wll learn more about the other tribes in the movies to come. I have my eyes out especially for the ikran tribe of the Eastern Sea. [omit] Have you seen that cute leader? [/omit] I love the Omiticayan but I have a feeling my home is in the Eastern Sea. Do you guys feel anything like that?

I'll admit, the Ikran riders of the Eastern Sea is a very intresting tribe, but my home is in the trees, or even in the Hallelua Mountans. I never could be comfortable on the plains or right next to the sea, I need to be surrounded by trees and foliage to feel comfortable.

Dunno how to really explain it. Maybe it's because of where I live.

I don't recall there is a tribe in the Iknimaya so it might be difficult for you living up there. As for your reason for picking your home in the trees, I totally understand.

well i cant stand the Floridian beaches and the ocean anymore... i need mountains. i don't care they are floating (but they still look pretty sick). even though they probably don't get snow. I'm a big snowboarding fan by the way.

It's hard to take a stand at this point, since we haven't learnt the other tribes yet. But it surprises me, that the Omaticaya is 2nd and Eastern Sea is first.. Is it the Ikrans? Maybe because they live by the sea? Or what?

I chose them because of the Ikrans, and I loved the scene in the film, when they all ran down to their ikrans and followed Jake (Toruk Macto)..

Roiki

Or maybe the fact that they are led by a good looking female who paints his face red? My money is on this one. :)

I love it all. Firstly, I am an island boy. Secondly, ikrans are my favourite creature on pandora, their link to their rider is powerful, its life-long. It's so beautiful. I hope with ALL my heart we meet them again in the confirmed Avatar sequel.

Bah, I'll stick to the trees. How you even survive without so much as a bush or growth of some kind to hide yourself from your pray or your hunter is beyond me.

Eastern Sea, although I know little of the tribes.

I never saw any evidence that there wasn't plenty of foliage around their camps, so... near as I'd figure, they'd have the water, the spiffy cliffs, and forest. :-)

Tskxäozì Ewaoe

Omatikaya for me.
(btw Omaticaya is the English spelling right? And Omatikaya is the ínglisi?

Tìng Eywatikìte'e

Well I can't say for sure since we don't know how different the tribes are. The fact that they need a giant impressive dragon to unite them against a large force suggests that they may have some extreme differences.

That being said, I love the ocean and cool face paint so Eastern Sea for me!

Poor horse people, why don't they get love?

Go eastern sea! I was beginning to wonder the same thing about the pony people. In the RP ìve gotten the Ikran tribe of the Eastern Sea approved. If yoùre interested in Roleplay PM me.

Well school is starting back up Monday so I don't want to start any RPs until I'm settled into the flow again, but I'll keep it in mind!

Same here, well as it relates to the re-opening of school that is.  =[

I'ed roleplay, though not as a member of the clan. Perhaps a Avatar on the outside. -chuckles- Fun situations all around.

As much as I love the Omaticaya, I am curious as to what kind of creatures we'd see over at the Eastern Sea. Seeing as quite a bit of the landscape and plant life on Pandora is based on earth marine organisms, I'm curious as to what sort of animals live in the oceans.

Still, I'd prefer to live inland with the mountains.
Avatar is a movie about a guy with blue balls running through the forest chasing tail.

Txon Tsyal

Tall trees for me. When i think about the sea, the plains, and the forest, nothing else comes to mind exept the comfort and the mystery of the forest. Im not saying anything wrong about the other two tho.
Personally i don`t take the Na`vi as alien because i think i understand them.

When I look on the news and see what horrible things are happening around the world I can`t help but wonder what is the source of them and therefore my own race is becoming more and more alien to me as time passes by.

Does that make any sense?

Murung Eywa

Can't say anything about other tribes, but for me it's Omaticaya, because Jake and Neytiri are Omaticaya  :D

I think we know too little about the other tribes to write anything concrete about them , we just saw them following jake and neytiri to war , we weren't shown a scene where they were having a convo or something like that at least , but I'm sure that will follow in the sequel .
I wanted you to know
I love the way you laugh
I wanna hold you high and steal your pain away
I keep your photograph
I know it serves me well
I wanna hold you high and steal your pain

'cause i'm broken,
when i'm lonesome
and i don't feel right
when you're gone away
