Your post may be late, but it's the best read of the day. :)

Why is an ikran like a writing desk? They both screech when you try to drag them!

Fì'u. :) That would work, ma Markì, great answer! ;D

Interesting, your story about seeing Avatar sounds much like mine.

I'm claiming that it's a reference to Alice in Wonderland where the Hatter asked almost an identical question to which he nor anyone at all had the slightest idea what the answer is. I posted quotes. //ruins-everything//

isn't it near time for some answers and a lock?

Seykxel sì nitram, ma Kayrìlien Hope you are enjoying your week.

I like your animal choices (Sitting next to three lions as I write this), but I especially like your choice for animal you are afraid of. I agree, and wish I had thought of that when I was NoTW.

As for your N/T questions, I am going to guess T/T/N. Bret Farve seems to me (And I am a die-hard Packets fan, with season tickets and a stockholder) to be the type who would be a penpal.

And what is similar between an ikran and a writing desk? One answer would be that the 'user interface' surface of both would be on the top side.

Enjoy your week!

'Rrawwrr!!! You guys are impatient; it's still Sunday in California!  ;) I've got four hours left to bask in the cerulean-colored glory!

Anyway, thanks for all the kind words. Tirea was right; I actually have no answer myself to the riddle; I just wanted to see what everyone would come up with. Good answers everyone!

As far as the true/false questions go, the correct answer is TRUE, TRUE, FALSE:o 'Itan Atxur was the only one to guess correctly, so Karma Cookie for you!

As it turns out, I've actually been somewhat lucky when it comes to meeting random famous people. I met Jimmy Carter in 2004 when he came to San Diego to give a speech on behalf of his charitable foundation that raises money to promote democracy, human rights, and healthy living in third-world countries. Meeting Lech Wałęsa was by chance; he was in Washington D.C. the same week that my middle school's East Coast see-all-the-important-historical-stuff trip happened to be there. In a (still unbelievable) stroke of luck, we actually got to learn a bit about the end of the Cold War from one of the most important figures of the time. Keeping up email correspondence, while extremely infrequent, has been an awesome consequence as well. Heck, Wałęsa even has a public Skype account that he uses quite regularly. (lwprezydent2006 - It's not secret or anything; heck, it's posted on his Wikipedia page.)

Unfortunately, as much of an over-the-top lifelong fan of Brett Favre as I am, I have never even gone to see him play a game in person, let alone meet him. Football games are outrageously expensive, and I've only ever been to one (a rather boring exchange between the Chargers and Bengals, when both teams were still godawful). I figured that it would be tough for people to get the T/F right if I set it up this way...two important political figures and a random, if amazing, sportsman.

OMFG I just thought of the best idea ever. Na'vi costume + Brett Favre jersey + Cheesehead. New Facebook profile pic incoming! Add me; I'm pretty sure that I'm the only Kayrìlien on there.  ???
