Quote from: Question #1Who are you?

I am Syulang.  :) I am a fifteen year old girl from Australia. I completed my School Certificate some weeks ago, and have finished school for this year and am now on holidays.

Quote from: Question #2Why are you here?

I was constantly searching how to say different phrases in Na'vi, and Learn Na'vi kept coming up. Eventually I decided to search around the site and lurk for a while, before deciding to make an account. I spend a lot of time here, even when I don't post. I hardly ever close the tab I have this site on!  ;D

Quote from: Question #3Where do your alias and profile pic come from?

My name is nothing that special to me, it is just a Na'vi word that I thought sounded beautiful. My prfile pic is one of the provided pics of Neytiri, who is my favourite character.

Quote from: Question #4Srak nga tsun nìna'vi pivlltxe?

I unfortunately don't speak Na'vi very well. I like to read though the dictionary if there is a word I don't understand, so that way I learn new words.

My brother and my mother know I'm interested in Na'vi, and they think it's pretty much useless and annoying. My mother wishes I would learn something more practical, like a 'real language'.  ::)

Quote from: Question #5What's you favorite Na'vi word? Did you incorporate it (or others) into your everyday vocab?

For some reason I love the words Sa'nok and tawtsngal. I'm not sure if I pronounce them properly, but they're fun to say.  ;D

Quote from: Question #6In your opinion, what are the top three user-created content on the LN website?

I would have to say the three top things things are

- Taronyu's dictionaries - really helpful for learning new words
- NiaN - helpful for learning all about grammar and other things
- RP section - it's always interesting to see what people's imaginations come up with here  :)

Quote from: Question #7Have you made any contributions to the LN community that you're particularly proud of?

I have not made any worthwhile contributions to LN yet, unless you count posting several times a day in the Spam threads!  ;D

Quote from: Question #8What is it that you liked/hated the most about Avatar ?

I saw Avatar three times in the cinema, and I have seen it too many times on DVD to count. I used to watch it nearly everyday at home, which my family got quite annoyed with.  ;D I own the normal edition, and the Collector's edition in both normal and blu-ray versions.

Quote from: Question #9Has Avatar  changed your life in any way?

I remember going into the theater for the first time, thinking Avatar was going to be another normal movie. I was completely blown way by everything, I kind of walked out in a daze at the end.  ;D

Yes I would like to think it has changed my life, but not profoundly. It definately opened my eyes even more to the beauty of nature and life. I now rhave more respect for life, such as animals, no matter how small or insignificant.

I have also had a photo of me photoshopped into an Avatar, but unfortunately I no longer have it becuase I lost the USB I had it on some time ago.  ::)

Quote from: Question #10If you could ask Frommer or Cameron three movie or language related questions what would they be?

Cameron - Could I be in your next movie, even just as an extra?
Frommer - How far are you planning to go with Na'vi?
Cameron - Do you have a story already in mind for Avatar 2 and 3?

Quote from: Question #11What else do you do in you free time?

I love to spend my free time drawing, reading, writing stories, watching movies and sometimes simply getting lost in my imagination. And of course browsing LN!  ;D

Quote from: Question #12Name your top three favorite Earth animals from most favorite to least. Why those? What's the animal you're most terrified of?

I don't know If I could have a favourite, so I'll just name some of the the ones I like.  :)

Dolphin - They're so friendly, playful and beautiful animals.
Cats - becuase they are graceful, awesome, and make great pets. I hope to own one one day.  :)
Meerkats - Small, loyal and cute.

I have  a fear of spiders. Even the harmless ones scare me!

Quote from: Question #13Pirate, ninja, zombie, or robot?

Ninja for sure! It would be good to have some stealth and co-ordination! I'm so clumsy. ;D

Quote from: Question #14What three items would you take to a desert island and why?

Computer with interet, so I could contact people.
A knife
A large supply of fresh water

Quote from: Question #15If you could travel to anywhere in space and time (including fictional universes), where would you go and why?

This is easy.  ;D Pandora! Or Underland.  :)

Quote from: Question #16If you were granted one single wish what would it be?

I could probably wsh for something like world peace, but I'd wish for something like, a long happy life, and someone I love to share it with.  :)

Quote from: Question #17What is a question you'd ask yourself? How would you answer it?

What is the meaning of life?

42!

Quote from: Question #18True or false?

1. I have landed on my chin on the dge of a pool, crashed a go cart, and fallen down a set of concrete stairs and not had any serious injuries all three times.
2. I can do a credible Scottish accent, though I am still learning.
3. I am a black belt in karate.

Quote from: Question #19: My Life is AVTRWhat is the funniest, weirdest, or most embarrassing Na'vi or Avatar  related thing that has happened to you?

Nothing that embarassing has happened to me, apart from almost hissing at people in public or at school.  ;D

Quote from: Question #20: Bonus Question...

An ikran, they are beautiful creatures, and the freedom to fly anywhere would be wonderful.  :)

I was so dazed I could barely walk the first time I saw Avatar...and the next few times after that lol. I saw it again a 2nd time less than 24 hours after the first lol. I saw the original 4 times on theaters and the Special Edition 4 times. Sad that yo lost the USB that had your Na'vi-fied pic on it.

Oh my uhmmm....I'm going to say false for #1...my head hurts just looking at that.
#2 hmm. Going to randomly guess true
#3 True because that would be cool. I took a year and a half of the Israeli martial art Krav Maga. I wish I could have stayed with it, it's a very nice style that teaches responses to real life scenarios, not just looking cool while fighting.

I've almost done that too lawlz! I always hiss at my computer when I'm mad at it, which is a lot  ;D

42!

This number is the base of my computer school : 42 steps from ground floor to second floor, 42 is the ultimate grade that no one has yet got, and -42 is what one gets for cheating (yes, we can have negative grades). Marvin is the school's mascot (it may sound a bit weird but...).  ;D

Alright, thanks guys.  :)

The answers are, in order, true - Yes, these actually all happened without any serious injury. I just had to get stitches with my chin, that instance happened when I was young. And with the go cart I had some massive bruises on my legs, and couldn't move for a couple of days without being in massive pain. I must be one of the world's biggets klutz. I'm dropping things and being clumsy on a daily basis.  ::)  ;D

True - though I am still learning.

False - The only martial arts I've ever done is Hapkido classes one day a week for ten weeks for a school sport.
