Little Na'vi language writing contest for the 5th anniversary?

The 5th anniversary of LearnNa'vi.org is coming nearer and nearer. I got the idea to create a little writing contest, like those other two contests back in 2010 and 2011.
I've emailed K. Pawl and I've asked him if he could add the winner's texts on Na'viteri.
He replied:

If there's a contest for the fifth anniversary, yes, I'll be more than happy to publish the winning entry on my blog! It would be an honor.

We need more people to participate if the contest is to take place.

What I did yet?:
November 16:  Request to possible judges sent. Awaiting responses.
November 16:  I got one volunteer for the jury job - Two is missing!
November 16:  And I found another volunteer for the jury! - one is missing!
" 17:  I have three volunteers for the jury! Yay!

I hope there is enough interest to do this little writing contest.

Have you ideas for the format of it all (poetry or prose)? Length of the piece (line or word limit)? Will there maybe be a topic? Will it be anonymous?

If Pawl is willing to post it on the blog, that's great. A bit sad that we don't do this annually anymore. Seems like we need the next movie to keep the hype and interest alive

Both are possible: prose and poetry
The overall theme of this year's contest: <unknown> because I have to talk about the theme with the jury and I currently have only one who would do it.
The max length of it, let's say 200 - 250 Na'vi words. Of course, one with 100 words are also ok.

As for submitting the text, I would ise a special email for it something like contest2014(at)learnnavi(dot)org (system admin must create it.) To post the story anonymously would be also possible, but first and second contests used emails. Also, more people would have the possibility to participate.

This isn't 100% sure because I need to talk with the Jury about it. And the jury isn't complete yet.

Well, I'm a little skeptic about success of the contest (I'm wondering how many people will take part in), but generally it is great idea. If theme will be good, I'd participate too.
Moreover, I can offer some info about background of the contest: We need:
-> jury made of 3 members (at least)
-> mailbox to receive submissions (speak to Payoang to arrange it)
-> submission manager. His job is to receive submissions, so he (and only he) knows authors. He sends texts to the jury without author names and calculate points
-> theme for the contest
-> judging rules
-> categorization: prose and poetry; it's question if distinguish beginners and advanced users. They were in first contest, but this division was abandoned on second contest
-> time plan. When it start, what is closing date, when result will be sent to Paul? Previous contests were running from first to third week of December, judging process ended after Christmas and result was publish at the end of year. But I'm afraid we are quite short on time...

Deadline is still unkown or at least not 100% sure. I'm still waiting for the weekend that is for me in around 10 hours... Then, I can work on it and many other impotrant things.

Well, it's difficult to share information, when the jury members are busy and couldn't discuss about the points regarding the contest event.
