Totally digging on pum, got sorta annoying constantly repeating a noun.

Also, seeing as how the main learnnavi page is first on his list of links it would probably be a good time for some updating.

Pre-nominal just means "coming before a noun." In the most recent blog post, then, he's just talking about the behavior of the six adpositions that cause lenition — when they come before the noun.
