Dictionary will tell you. Just look at how the word is spelled. Your question is a bit funny, similar to this one: "How do I know I should put a b instead of a d in an English word?" Dictionary, of course!

I already know how to do that lol, English is my native language.  ;) and yeah, I'm using the dictionary to help me.  :)

I spotted an error in the second quote in your signature. It should be Oel ayngati kameie ma oeyä aysmukan aysmuke ulte Eywa ayngahu livu
.

The plural of tsmukan is smukan or aysmukan. "And" used between nouns is "sì", while "and used between clauses is "ulte".

"First name" is Ačankif, not Eltabiš! In Na'vi, Atsankip.

Yayo

It's popularly left as smukan, smuke etc.

aysmukan, not aytsmukan. When you add ay+ it triggers lenition, which includes turning ts into s. And don't forget oeyä not oeya.
