Onward to the corrections!

First line: Kxaltì tsmukan
The word for hello is spelled "kaltxì" with the x coming after the t to denote an 'ejective'.  Also, to make "tsmukan" plural, you need to add either the 'me-' (for 2 brothers) or 'ay-' (for more than 3).  The prefix for three is not yet known, but it is known to exist somehow (from what I understand).  Since you are referring to more than 3 brothers, you need the 'ay-' prefix, and since this causes lineation with 'ts' (because pronouncing 'ayts' causes a stop and doesn't flow) we drop the t and are left with 'aysmukan'.  Since we dropped the t, the ay- part is not necessary, but I like to use it for clarity.

So, after corrections, the sentence reads:
Kaltxì aysmukan

Second line: Mgayä txe'lan txantslusam lu, alìm tsamsiyu!
Actually, this one looks really good!  The only problem with this is you mispelled (probably a typo) Ngayä with an M instead of an N.

Third line: Oe nerumeie na'vi 'aw trr.
Other than being sure to point out that this usage of 'learning' doesn't work for the intended meaning (as I have previously), I have no major corrections here either.  You should probably capitalize Na'vi, and for clarity, it might be necessary to use some suffixes.  The -l suffix at the end of Oe denotes it as the 'ergative' with the direct object, or 'accusative', being Na'vi, so it would receive the -ti suffix.  There's still some ambiguity about this suffix, as it has been seen used as -t, -it, and only -ti in one place (Oel ngati kame).

So, after a little clarification, the sentence reads:
Oel nerumeie Na'viti 'aw trr.

Even as I wrote the sentence above, I was flicking throught the pocket guide looking up vocab. I find that by engaging in conversation I slowly learn words used more frequently eg. sì- and, Oe- I, nga- you, kxaltì- hello. Also by participating in a wide range of activities I also learn the pre/suf/infixes. I is fun when you get started

Well I actually am trying to make correct sentences and have them corrected by other people from which I learn even more. And for the words I just use the http://www.learnnavi.org/navi-vocabulary/

That's correct for transitive verbs, but would you say "I agree you" in English?  Because that's what "Oel mllte ngati" is.  Instead you say I agree WITH you.  So rather than oel ngati, it becomes oe ngahu/hu nga.
