ro is translated as "at". I agree that is better here.
Nga lu ro hilvan mì 'Rrta. You are at the river on Earth. (dative, genitive and fantasmagorical grammar errors included for free.)

'You are correct. It should be "at"'

I might alternatively have rendered the second sentence as: Sweylu fwa lolu tsalì'u alu ro.

The difference is that the translation now reads 'it should have been "at"'. Either way works, obviously. Also note that I opted for tsalì'u alu ro instead of san ro. That's because san... sìk is only for reported speech, and while reported speech of a single word is not necessarily wrong, it strikes me as odd.

That would mean 'you're in the river' ;)
:) Best solution for me appears as: Ngal tok tsengit ro hilvan mì 'Rrta. You occupy place at river on Earth, srak?

Ayoengal tok fìtsengit fte slivu txen ta ronsrel tì'awpoä ayoengeyä.

Yes, that would be it, although I would have translated it as "individuality, but with a negative connotation".  The original quote uses "separateness". :)

There is no need to use the attributive -a- here. In fact, it would be incorrect. -A- must always face a noun, and is used like so:

Tskxe aku'up, 'the heavy rock'

The adjective can also be attributed to the noun with the verb lu, in which case -a- is not used:

Tskxe lu ku'up, 'the rock is heavy'

He just hasn't gotten around to it yet. In the meantime, the wiki dictionary is up-to-date.
