Is there anywhere I can buy the deluxe edition on CD? Or, alternatively, just n a better format than MP3 (FLAC preferred, but Ogg Vorbis and other codecs are fine, as long as they're significantly better than MP3 (which isn't hard)).


Also, they need to be DRM-free - I know Amazon do them DRM-free but they're still MP3s.
