I'm at 100+ times :P It sounds beautiful on my THX certified 5.1 sound system ;)

I love listening to the OST on the surround sound system. Couldn't ask for a better audio experience. 2000 watts of pure pandoran bliss... LoL. Can't wait for the DVD to come out. 50 inch LCD + 2000 watt audio = overloaded brain stimulus.  ;D

Now that I've loaded it into the Windows memory player at my day job, I can easily go through it.... 3-4 times a day now? Ohhhh, yeah!

I'm going to be honest - at the theater, I wasn't particularly impressed with the music, but that's likely because the movie was so (insert many superlatives here) good. Now that I've downloaded the soundtrack (legally, btw), I can actually listen to all of the subtle nuances that make it really good. In my opinion, it takes a while to get going, but it really takes off once you get to "Climbing Up Iknimaya", and never lets up from there. The entire OST is slowly making it's way up the "Most Played" list, and will probably get pretty close to the top.

Yeah...anything I said before about this taking a while to get going is total BS. The whole thing is amazing!

The music is amazing & so is the movie. Bought the CD after hearing some clips on the computer before I got to see the movie. It was neat to see the movie after playing the CD and see how the pictures fit with the music. Now it is in the car CD player almost all the time and turned up loud. Probably played it 20 times so far.

[...] my favorites are Jake's First Flight, Climbing up the Iknimaya and Becoming one if the people.

How did you did that? How did you choose those as favourites? There so much awesomeness in every track that even after 100+ play I still can't choose one! Every time I listen to them, I have that same feeling, that x-factor (to quote Top Gear).

Overwhelmed by Awesomeness...

Too true :P

A decent set of speakers or headphones and a quiet room are all it takes for the music to just take you.

Best CD I've bought in years, really. The Soundtrack is a great piece of work. I've listened to all the songs, but, tend to gravitate toward Jake's First Flight or the Iknimaya.

I suspect I'm a little shy of 20, but only just. Avatar's soundtrack has become my go-to album for when I'm working in the animation lab and need something to keep myself focused and motivated.

I just now hit 20 times played for the whole soundtrack. It's a shame I can't alter my vote.

It's on repeat in my car and I'm killing a pair of AA batteries playing the CD in my old CD player, because I have a netbook with no CD drive. :3 So... totally lost count. But it's a LOT.

According to the home theater system's play stats: 244 plays. Since i loop it, every time it restarts at the first track, it counts as a play.

Itunes play count is about 45. I don't necessarily play the soundtrack on the computer as much as the home theater system. (The home theater system is how i play the soundtrack through the night).

So in total, i have 289 plays. That doesn't include times when i've taken the disc to other players, such as downstairs in the other stereo.

Oh god, how many times?

I think I lost count. I know that my numbers aren't anywhere near 200, but I know it's a lot. Since the day I got the soundtrack, I haven't stopped playing it. I do have some favorite tracks, "Jake enters his Avatar world; Bioluminescense of the forest; Becoming one with the People/Becoming one with Neytiri; Iknimaya; Gathering the Na'vi clans for battle; and I see you." Sometimes, I skip just to those tracks, but most of the times, I just let it loop over and over.

The thing I love doing with the soundtrack [which I think this is only the second movie soundtrack I ever owned] is imagine all the scenes of the movie. From the very beginning, to my favorite part of Jake using his legs for the first time as an Avatar, and running full speed outside, to the ikran hunt. It lets me relive the movie inbetween showings :D

I too have lost count but I must be close to 200 now.

That's exactly why 80% of my music is film music ;)

I enjoy listening to "war" while I play Modern Warfare 2. It adds a whole new layer of epic.
"The rain to the wind said,
'You push and I'll pelt.'
They so smote the garden bed
That the flowers actually knelt,
And lay lodged--though not dead.
I know how the flowers felt."

Home theater play count is now at 377. Includes entire disc repeats. I subtracted about 70 plays because i left it one by accident one day when i went to work.

I lost count of it. However there is some score in the movie which I really miss: That is when they're moving the lab and you can see the bioluminescent network from way above. It's a pitty that this is missing,
