Yes, I would like to know them too if anyone knows them?!?
I am very busy Tues Jan 25 - Wed Feb 2, so I will not be present until then!

'Oma Tirea

I have a suspicion the song you're talking about contains just Na'vi syllables, no real lyrics.

Well, I'm going to have to agree with Sxkxawng--I think they're just syllables like Jake's first flight has (ti nu ka nu key etc etc).

Ftxavanga Txe′lan

Ow really? :o They're truly able to make sound a bunch of syllables like a song, then. ;D It does sound great. :)

Ekirä

Yeah, it's definitely one of my favorites. ;D I spent sooooo long with the volume way up trying to figure out the words, and I've come to the conclusion it's most likely the same deal as Jake's First Flight. Also because its lyrics don't match any of the songs that Frommer wrote, and I believe he's released all of those.

But there is a definite "mawey" in that song. Maybe just coincidence. XD

nawma skxawng

no, after listening to it again, i can hear something like "pxìngey" in there, there are definitely lyrics to this.

Why would that not be just a sound? Listen to Jake's First Flight (I'm sure you have) and the singing in that sounds like lyrics, it's been confirmed they aren't.

nawma skxawng

Ta and ka are just sounds, anatomically speaking, pxingey requires many different movements, while ta requires one.

I would like to read some lyrics, too!  :D

But why do you/the guys on Youtube know that this song is called Pandora?
The tracklist of the wiki (http://james-camerons-avatar.wikia.com/wiki/Avatar:_Complete_Score_%285-Disc_Set%29) does not contain "Pandora".

Tracks 15-20. Each are slightly different from the one in Complete Score, 3 or 5 CD set the same case.
That's why every album have its worth. :)

Well, there must be "lyrics", even if they're just syllables.
They are sung by two women and they had a sheet of lyrics which they had to learn... So. I guess either Frommer provided them with lyrics or Cameron took just syllables from the Na'vi lines and set those in a specific (good sounding) order.

I don't know the "lyrics" (yet) to this one but I just found out the "lyrics" to 5m2a - The Hunt.
They are:
QuoteTaney...Kapa...Netxa...Tunsey...Kosey...Kapa Kose Mawey...Ta...Ka...Taney...Taney
And I would say that Pandora uses these "words" too:
Taney, Kapa, Mawey...

James Horner explicitly stated that they were just syllables....

::)
That's why I put lyrics and words between " "'s ;)

The word "syllables" more exactly describes them IMO.. ::) (except Funeral Chant, the ending of Jake's First Flight, and the one you just have asked..)

None of the songs have "just syllables". They're English phonemes (sounds) and the Na'vi words are there if we look for them. For example, the first word "txane" (I think that's how it's spelled) is based off "txan", translated "much". I'd look into this more, but I'm somewhat busy at the moment.
