New YT video about Avatar's music

Although he holds the music to be iconic, the author does voices critical tones as well. The ideas mentioned in this video might be an aquired taste to some but it is interesting to see such a perspective with the distance of 10 years that we are into now.



With this, there is this essay (2012, but I’ve never seen it before) by Dr. Wanda Bryant who was hired as the ethnomusicologist:

I saw this video a couple days ago. It's definitely interesting to hear someone else's opinion upon Avatar's soundtrack. Although I don't agree with him and I think that Avatar's soundtrack is absolutely spectacular, I respect him and his opinion.

For me, Avatar soundtrack is one of the best :)
