Now call me crazy ahead of time please because what im about to say will seem silly.

Last night I had the avatar soundtrack playing in on my ipod. I was just sitting there enjoying it, trying to visualize images of pandora until i looked out my window into the txon taw and stared at the stars after a while i was completely focused on the stars and the music, after a few more minutes the stars seemed to glow brighter then normal and the music seemed louder then before, then a wave of........some kind of emotion filled my body and eventually i collapsed under what ill just call bliss for the moment, because whatever i felt was indescribable, it made me want to just curl up in my bed sheets, it made me feel "at peace" Every time i closed my eyes the image of the stars were stuck there. I felt so damned peaceful that(like i said before) it made me collapse, my muscles shut down and i eventually found my self wondering if it was a dream.

Yup il go take my medz now  :-[
When I was in high school my parents hosted an exchange student from Brazil, and he used to talk about something like this. His meditation was a bit different, I think he thought it had some sort of powers or something, but regardless, that's more or less how he described it (except without Pandora, probably due to the fact that this was 5 years ago). He tried to teach me how to do it a couple times, but I never managed, and I've tried several times since, and failed. Never though to listen to the Avatar OST. Next time I've got an hour without a bunch of crap that needs being done tomorrow weighing on my conscience I'll try it.

Also, I'm jealous of your ability to see the stars. :(

i quite wish i could see the stars like i did that night, but its overly cloudy at the moment, twas an awesome moment, i was at peace for the first time in a long time
Everyone Has Their Own Pandora, Wheres Yours?

Well, I'll tell you what I semi-tranced out / Daydreamed hardcore the other day. I was sitting in class, suppost to be reading this boring story in the literature book, The law of life for naturalism is boring...so I put on my Mp3 player and clicked on track #5 from the soundtrack. I Kid you not, I daydreamed an entire period away *atlest 60 minutes* as the song was on repeat. I focused on nothing, and hit the desk half asleep/tranced out lol.

Dreamed of some random Na'vi running on Pandora for 60 minutes. I "woke up" at the bell for next period feeling like I just got up from a nice nap, was pretty cool...I won't be doing that in school anymore tho. lol!
Hell, I'm new don't murder me!
When I get fit, I'll be a warrior. Well, skinnier lets go with that.

At least your dream didn't involve being a very pissed-off Na'vi female who stole a motorcycle and a machine gun. IDK WHY it turned out that way, but the guys in the AMP suits were very surprised. ;D On the bright side, I won.

That's a nice dream, for sure... 'what did you smoke out there' before sleeping? ;D

Nothing, and that's what scares me ::) To actually smoke anything would probably yeild results that would terrify me.

I'm just putting this out their, when this first started happening I had no idea what was going on, but after a few times it happend (and it gets more intense I am working on a book like a journal of a first expedition scientist and while in these trances or connections to Eywa as I have heard it called on other forums like this one (with way less members just sayin' still the biggest and best) it has given me the ability to see or imagine new Na'vi people and I'm not super creative in that way yeah I am a director of media arts but I am more into video and music editing so uber big help)), after a while of having this whole emotional release I noticed I was sleeping better I did not get angry as easy (now it is pretty hard to make me angry) and I don't stay angry, I was someone who kept my emotions bottled up super tight. So I guess I can say Avatar change my life

Before I bought AOST I never had dreams.  then I started to listen to every night before bed.  Best dreams ever... when listening to songs 2-7.  when it is songs 1,8-14 its kick ass dreams, not necessarily ending well for the na'vi however  :'(  however, these dreams that are occuring are pushing me to write my own book/fanfic.  I'm not the best writer however.

P.S. Tirey Hawnuyu, I AM stalking you.

P.P.S. Just kidding ;), or am I?

Well we will have to see about that. Anyway I just got back from my youth conference (Jr. Youth Minister speaking) it was epic but I am super tired. Anyway in the whole outing our selves into a trance, the crying or breaking down or reaching another level of thought (all things from myself and others have felt), none if this was new to me it happens to me in worship all the time. So I wonder how much of the connection with God that we can see and fell in our selves and it hers is brought on by e music and not the connection (sorry if this erupts into a religious debate or something (I get way to many emails from people trying to explain why I am wrong for being a christian when I post if forums like this)).

"Jake's First Flight" and "Shutting Down Grace's Lab" do indeed seem to facilitate a kind of trace state for me. Especially when I participate. But I gotta be careful with the latter song, because I start crying.

"Destruction Of Hometree" and "Shutting Down Grace's Lab" are THE saddest songs on the soundtrack, they make me cry everytime, I actually removed them from my iPod because they would come up and I can't just stop listening (I can't) and then I start to cry. So i guess that means it is good.
