Drugs?

Like I said, I don't plan on doing them. Also, if in the end we do decide that some drugs are okay, if they start having a negative impact then BAM!! We ban them.

Every drug in the world when taken for extended periods of time can do some serious harm to your body. I for one actually care about the health of people around me and I am completely opposed to drugs used for anything other than a medical condition and no marijuana doesn't count.

Well it seems to me that there are enough people really against it to the point where we should just declare "no drugs!!".

i was actually going to address alcohol although for antiseptic uses. I would have no problem if there was a small still for creating strong alcohols as long as i don't find someone tipsy near by. but then again if that ever became a problem we could just trade with the nearby town for med supplies. Also the drug affect everyone here is describing are usually from abuse but like i said before i don't really do any of them but more than twice a year so it doesn't rally bother me that much. what bothers me is people's tainted views on someone elses door ways to spirituality.

Let us clarify- No alcohol for MINORS! Alcohol is a drug, and can be addictive, but that doesn't mean it has to go away for good. How about this- if it is legal by the laws of the Nation that we are in, then it is legit for the Tribe (Unless stated otherwise). Would that be a good compromise?

Oh, that parenthesis is largely for cigarettes. I personally am going to give an emphatic NO to that and dip, or cigars, or smoking/ingesting tobbacco in any way, shape, or form, with Medium punishment (See punishment thread). Severely medium punishment ^_^

Just my thoughts, not really law until everyone agrees.

this is going to become bad soon... i dont know why i just have a feeling so if there's no opposition i'd like to lock the thread so as to avoid future arguments. this subject is too sensitive for right now maybe we can further discuss it at summer camp or something similar.

I agree no cigs, no drugs (with possible exeption of special cerimonys unlickly though), no alcahole exept once or twice a year and for medical perposes
