atheism doesnt mean chaos in fact the idea of atheism is a world were everybody lives happily and does what they want to to do as long as it does not harm others

Lol  . So what about the structure of our Government? Depending on how interested we are in emulating the Na'vi, we'd need a clan leader and a Tsahik. I'm not sure that fits what we're talking about now though.
