Some notes to OP:
ayfamrel -> ay+ causes lenition  p->f
QuoteOe kem sami pamrelur nìNa'vi nì'aw
This is not correct, as there are two subjects (oe, pamrel); after si-verb must be dative used. This could be translated as "I did writing only in Na'vi", but better is to use pamrel si verb.
Quoteoel wayìntxu ayngaru fottsat
Fo is for living species like people and animals; for not living use tsa'u

So more correct version would be:
Oe pamrel nìNa'vi nì'aw sami ulte oel wayìntxu ayngaru tsat. Aynga oer tsun piveng txo keyeyti tsive'a ulte säplltxevi ngivop.
I wrote text in Na'vi only and I'll show it to you. You can tell me if I see the mistakes and create comments.
QuoteIrayo si ayngaru oe furia ayngal frrfen inan oeyä ayfamrelit!

As for poem, I'm afraid I do not understand what want to say:
QuotePlltxe ohe (I speak)
payoangsko (as a fish)
Ulte (and)
Plltxe ohe (I speak)
pamsko, (as a sound ?)
Tìsweyhu (??)
tsun ohe. (as best as I can ?)
Plltxe ohesko, ((I) speak as me ?)
ohehu, (with me)
taronyusko. (as a hunter)

It would be good to provide English original. But courage matters, I hope you'll continue.
