Ke'u ke latem, Fra'u varmar.
« on: March 27, 2011, 07:32:40 am »
Kaltxì ma oeyä eylan smuktusì, I have interpreted the French song Non, non rien n'a changé. by Les Poppys in Na'vi. It's a song about war, the original is about the vietamese war and this version is set between the destruction of Kelutral and the war of Pandora. Please give a shout when you see a mistake.

Lu vur husahawa tsamä,
a oe frakrr polawm.
Lu vur tsawkeyä,
a oe frakrr sìlpoley.
Lu vur tìyawnä,
ulte pum spawyuä arusey.
Lu vur teri trr lefpom,
na oe lu ’evi  ahì’i.
Oe new futa txana fpomit,
tivìng kifkeyur nìwotx.
Oe new, oe sìlpey,
tsnì fpom iveyk frakrr.
Nìpxi mì ayftxozä.
Slä fra’u varmar.
Slä fra’u varmar.
Slä fra’u varmar.

Refrain:
Ke, ke’u ke latem.
Fra, fra, fra’u varmar
Ey, ey! Ey, ey!

Ulte ngian aysute,
rerol hu ayoeng.
Ulte ngian aysute,
hereyn hu ayoeng.
Perängkxo (sran, perängkxo.) 2x
Slä oel tsole’a fratrrit,
ta kxayl mì helutral.
Keng mì ayftxozä,
sko ayswizawsì.
Oe tsngawvìk (sran, oe tsngawvìk.) 2x

Pesul oeyktìng (pelun)…

Refrain

Oe fpìl teri eveng,
mì ìheyu samsiuyä.
Oe fpìl teri eveng,
a perawm san pelun sìk.
Frakrr (sran, frakrr) 2x
Oe fpìl teri ayu,
a oe ke zene tivìng ayfpìlfya.
Fratìftxey tsatsenge,
a oe ke tsole’a.
Ulte mi (sran, ulte mi)
Ulte mi

Oe rol, Oe rol…

Refrain

Lu vur husahawa tsamä,
a oe frakrr polawm.
Lu vur tsnì tsawkeyä,
oe frakrr sìlpey.
Lu vur tìyawnä,
ulte pum spawyuä arusey.
Lu vur teri trr lefpom,
na oe lu ’evi  ahì’i.
Oe new futa txana fpomit,
tivìng kifkeyur nìwotx.
Oe new, oe sìlpey,
tsnì fpom iveyk frakrr.
Nìpxi mì ayftxozä.
Slä fra’u varmar.
Slä fra’u varmar.
Slä fra’u varmar.

Refrain 2x

The desc function of the second stanza seems to be broken.
Otherwise, great song—never heard it before but it’s txantsan

Lu vur husahawa tsamä,
a oe frakrr polawm.
Lu vur tsawkeyä,
a oe frakrr solìlpoley.
Lu vur tìyawnä,
ulte pum spawyuä a][lu rusey. => or just pum spawyuä arusey
Lu vur teri trrä lefpom,
na oe lu ’evi  ahì’i.
Oe new txana fpomit,
tivìng kifkeyur nìwotx.
Oe new, oe sìlpey, => that’s actually interesting because if it was ‘I want to give…’ then it should be oel new futa tivìng…, so, the tsnì in the second line is doubtful.
tsnì fpom iveyk frakrr.
Nìpxi mì ayftxozä.
Slä fra’u varmar.

Refrain:
Kehe, ke’u ke latem. => or did you mean for it to be an echoing effect?
Fra, fra, fra’u varmar
Ey, ey! Ey, ey!

Ulte ngian aysute,
rerol hu ayoe(ng). => I’d opt for ayoe but this is a matter of perspective :)
Ulte ngian aysute
hereyn hu ayoeng.
Perängkxo (sran, perängkxo.) 2x
Slä oel tsole’a fratrrit, => this is actually ambiguous. Does it say, I have seen ‘every day’ or ‘always’?
ta kxayl mì helutral.
Keng mì ayftxozä,
sko ayswizawsì.
Oe tsngawvìk (sran, oe tsngawvìk.) 2x

Pesul oeyktìng (pelun)… => oeyktìng is glossed as ‘explain why’ … maybe lun is not necessary

Refrain

Oe fpìl teri eveng,
a (lu) mì ìheyu samsiyuyä.
Oe fpìl teri eveng,
a perawm san pelun sìk.
Frakrr (sran, frakrr) 2x
Oe fpìl teri ayu,
a oe ke zene tivìng ayfpìlfyat.
Fratìftxey tsatsenge,
a oel ke tsole’a.
Ulte mi (sran, ulte mi)
Ulte mi

Oe r(er)ol, Oe r(er)ol…

Refrain

tsnì fpom iveyk frakrr.
I believe you are confusing two lines:
Oe new txana fpom,
tivìng kifkeyur nìwotx. ======> this one should have futa
Oe new, oe sìlpey,
tsnì fpom iveyk frakrr. ======> Here the singer has corrected himself, so it's sìlpey tsnì
Nìpxi mì ayftxozä.
Slä fra’u varmar.

Refrain:
Kehe, ke’u ke latem. => or did you mean for it to be an echoing effect?
Srane, I did.
Fra, fra, fra’u varmar
Ey, ey! Ey, ey!

Ulte ngian aysute,

Every day, like in the original toutes les jours -> all the days.
ta kxayl mì helutral.
Keng mì ayftxozä,
sko ayswizawsì.
Oe tsngawvìk (sran, oe tsngawvìk.) 2x
