If you use slu, "become", remember that the infix position is sl‹1›‹2›u. To be honest, though, that only makes sense in the first and last verse. I'd leave lu for the other verses.

The problem I see with this construct is that one can "say something" but not "someone". If you use plltxe poti then this means that somebody literally says "him/her/it". I'd render it as,

P(iv)lltxe por(u) san tiväftxu pxenti oeru/oefpi (sìk).

The sìk depending, on whether you understand the next lines being spoken as well or whether it's the lyrical I again.

Same here:

P(iv)lltxe por(u) san rivun klltet oeru/oefpi (sìk).
Tell him, "find me land"

...

Plltxe por san mivun'i tsa'ut luke (ay)sä'oti (sìk).

As always, just sugestions :)
Hope that helps a bit.

Ah, it's true. I will modify it.

oh hell, it's damn good translation! Except bad infix position in slu (what confused me for a while) I think it all works well, based on our available vocabulary.
Just tsyey is not spice plant, but I see why you used it. IMHO very good work.

Completely true. I didn't found any appropriate word to spice plants into this position in this verse.

Hard to compare with Celtic women - both versions are great
