I was doing the grammar worksheet 1.4 and I got to number 10. What I put was:

Poanit tarokl taron.

And they have as the correct answer:

Poanti ikranl taron.

(While I know they probably meant to put down Tarok and not Ikran for the answer, that is not my question.)

My question lies in the first word. does it matter if it is -it or -ti? They said they are interchangeable in regards to if the ending letter is a consonant or a vowel.  So would my sentence still be right?

Oeru Eywal tivìng tìtxurit.

Tanhì'itan

When it ends in a vowel use -ti   Oe-ti
When it ends in a constanant use -it Ikran-it

I beleive that is how it works. With this said:
Poanti ikranl taron. would be the correct answer.
