Ive been thinking about this quite a bit. How do you pluralize something you are suffering to?

this is all mere speculation.

I want to say "This life is sacred" -
Fìtirey swok lu.

To refer to more than one life, what would I do?
Ayfìtirey= these life?
or Fìaytirey= this lives?

Am I missing something? or is my use of additives just terrible?

We're lucky in this, because one of the sentences from the Corpus is these demons are forbidden here.  The word for "these demons" is fayvrrtep, which is reasonably analyzed f-ay-vrrtep, with fì- losing its vowel before the plural prefix.

You have forgotten lenition in your example.  ay- + tìrey > aysìrey.  So, with "this/these" tacked onto the front, faysìrey.

The confusing part is that it is possible to drop the ay- plural prefix if the word made plural can undergo lenition, as it is here.  Because of the sound change, sìrey is an acceptable (and perhaps more likely) plural form.  My guess is that f- will get its vowel back, leaving fìsìrey, but it might be that ay- is less likely to be dropped in a plural when a demonstrative pronoun ("this", "that", etc.) is in use.  We don't know.

Why can swok be a noun here (at least the dictionary sais so)?
Why not using an adjective?

Kaltxi!

It is used as an adjective. That sentence says (if i had altered rey correctly) "This lives sacred be. "
