Topical case in the 'rr' and 'll' ending.

The question is easy. What is it? AFAIK, it's 'ur' for Dative, 'ä' for Genetive (right?) and what about Topical? Is 'prrwllìri' or 'prrwllri' correct? Or both?

Words that end in the pseudovowels take the same endings you use if a word ends in a consonant.  So, -ìri: prrwllìri.

Well, thx. I thought so. But then, the language note #4.5 in Nutshell is confusing.
