http://projectngaynume.com/ is in the works and will include ALL these lessons as they are property of Le'eylan, who is the +1 KS of Project NgayNume.

OH could everyone do me a favor and As extremely honestly, brutally honestly give your thoughts on the progress of the project in the FEEDBACK thread? then after that, come back in here and post what you would change to make PNgN better.

Well as for my personal progress, narmumeie nìltsan nìtxan :) Oeru teya si fwa fìtxan nolume fa Tìkangakemvi a NgayNume sì fwa suteru alahe srung soleiyi. However, if there is one thing that I didn't like about the Project, it's that I never knew what kind of lessons to make from week to week. Even with PNgN.com that had all the Prezis on it, I lost track of what had and hadn't already been taught and lessons seemed kinda sporadic and whatnot.

As for the progress of my students....it's evident to me that they are not practicing very much if at all. OR it could be that they are practicing, not understanding, but then not asking for help. I mean, when we ask "Are there any questions" which we ask a lot, there is like never a response. And in lessons when Kay or myself ask them to say something, either it's dead silent or the few people that do speak up are still stumbling and staggering over the words. Don't get me wrong, it's positively awesome that they're stepping up and giving it a try and I'd love to give them a karma cookie for it, but every week it's the same thing: no progress in their speaking is evident to me. They do seem to be understanding the writings though. It's the speaking that is going very slowly. I just wish the students would practice their speaking more outside of class. Further thoughts on this in the Ideas Thread :)

Honestly?

Blinding idea (IOW excellent) that, despite undoubted improvements in the Prezi's etc., was poorly followed up & supported (in terms of L2) in the second round.

Sorry but you did ask for honesty and right now my L2's (including me) have absolutely nowhere to go ... as a result there is no organised GMT0 L2 class and my enthusiasm, especially following unreasonable claims made concerning GMT0, has waned somewhat.

What could make it better is what I have been saying all along ... you need levels (which has been implemented to a degree, I would rather have seen more levels) and some way of assessing the skill of students, of determining whether they should advance to the next level. That effort needs to be properly organised so that all students can attend a class at some fairly reasonable hour with haryuä srungsiyu of appropriate skills to match.

A fair post. I do appreciate your honesty. Shall we see what we can do about this? perhaps you would like to join us in the KS lounge thread if you already haven't.
