the title system was somewhat arbitrary. Originally, my involvement in the project was supposed to be the overwatcher/manager but teach when I wanted or if a KS(once called a TA) couldn't make it to their class. Originally in my mind, I was the teacher, but then I brought in the Teaching Assistants to teach for me around the world. but it turned out that I did not create the learning materials, and on top of that I was kinda busy with othetr stuff to manage things though I checked up on progress as much as I could..

Karyu (in hindsight should have been called eyktan or something though even still, right now, I dont want this project to be centered on me or any one person really)
Karyuä Srungsiyu (should as a result of the above become karyu)
Numeyu

We can always change this up, this terminology doesnt mean much to me. imo currently it doesnt make the most sense.

It is more about having someone who has experience with the project coordinating the teachers, rather than being at the center of the project. Without coordination, we won't go anywhere.

And right now, there is still nothing sorted out. We still don't know when the classes would eventually take place.

Just come and check the list here (as it can evolve from day to day). You can take from UTC-5 to UTC-8 (as you are from UTC-8, you can base yourself on your own timezone), people are free to go to the classes's timezones if this can be okay for them.  :)

I suggest you use Doodle to plan potential hours.

Done.  :)

From now on, I will mark more explictly new people's registration, so that teachers can see if there are new people they can get in touch with while they plan the day and hours for the lesson with other students.

Here is the Teamspeak info thread. Basically we just meet in TS and discuss the Na'vi language. We use Prezis which the teachers prepare, all you have to do as the student is click the link we give you :)  That's really all there is to it. The hardest part will probably be actually downloading TS. Sometimes it likes to be wonky.

Not decided yet, I think. See this and thread of your timezone. All students can vote for optimal time.

Okay, finally the poll have been created by teachers for each timzones.

Please have a look at the following topics :
Topic for the European class (UTC 0 to UTC+4)

Topic for the Western US class (UTC-8)

Topic for the Eastern US class (UTC-5)

Topic for very very far lands (Australia & New Zealand), UTC +12)

You are free to go to any classes you want, depending on the hours you are available for. Americans can come to European classes and vice versa.  ;)

I'll send private messages as well to make sure everyone knows about this. Please place your hours on these polls, you can also submit comments in the topics and in the polls. Please also check regularly Ngaynume's forum, as the teachers now take in charge everything. I no longer do anything, as a numeyu.  ;)
