Lu Txantsan! It's perfect, one shouldn't miss any lesson this way and even can repeat it. Do you also think about some lesson on BBB? But I was unable to share sound, while testing with Tanri

This has been repaired. I am actually planning to open two new rooms for the biggest Na'vi communities I am aware of : Germanophone and Russianophone rooms, as not everyone around is comfortable with english. I will close the French one as it is relatively unused.

I just wanted to mention the most important thing that I forgot :

Classes start on the 10th and 14th of January, with the hours mentioned in first post.

Before this, I would like to do a test session someday with BBB on http://na.learnnavi.org/ to see if this can be efficient or if some people have connection issues (should be efficient though).

So school days were changed to Tuesday and Saturday (OP still says about Tuesday and Thursday)? Saturday is very good choice, but I'll try attend both days (at least at the begining)

Irayo ma Tsmuktengan,
as I was already thinking about start this week, I can be online both days. However, tomorrow I cannot promise more than half hour or so, because some sickness now attacks my nose and throat, but it should be enough for extensive BBB test.
I am glad about saturday too, it's nice to have at least one day at week with virtually no time limit.

22 or 23PM would be better for me, I have a party with friends to celebrate new year together before restarting computing school.

I am currently logged on BBB on na.learnnavi.org, to test. Please join in if you can, I am watching the logs at the same time.

The reason why we do not start this week is that Xelloss would not be ready for this. He wants to make sure he will apply Tirea Aean's method properly. ;)

Ah, okay. I already asked myself if different teachers teach differently. :P Well, whoever's going to come, I'll be there at the 12th. ;)

What do I do? Just type in a username and a password and that's all? I'll try to come.

Yes. As explained on the website, the password is 'visitor'.

I have to recreate some chatrooms. The server's update have deleted them all.

Just my name and that password, ok. Are you talking about recreating the students' chatrooms? I already asked myself where those would be... ::)

Another succesfull test of BigBlueButton is behind us, but I have a small request to all of you:
Please, install and test TeamSpeak before our next BlueButton session. I succesfully tested it paralelly with BlueButton, using the same audio devices on both, so next time we should try it, at least for comparison of audio quality.

Yes indeed. It is anyway always good to have Teamspeak as a fallback.

Txantsan ma Blue Elf.
I will be online for sure Friday from 18:00 and we can perform another test round.
I found that it is possible to leave audio completely on TeamSpeak yet still let BBB display speaking status of every person, but this requires a separate audio devices for main sound and VOIP (like speakers and USB headset, or two sound cards - one for speakers and one for headset). This can be achieved also by some sort of dummy audio device, which I don't ever yet searched for or tested.

How are things going here? Tsmuktengan says he won't be around this month or so. (He'll be back tho, he's just getting busy.)

Seen Xelloss around, anyone?
