I checked out the recorded video and it seemed a little jumpy and I had the turn the sound right up.  But it might have been due to it being recorded or my internet connection....duno?  Probably worked better when live. :D

I was watching the test transmission for a while, but if there was any audio - I couldn't listen to it for some unknown reason...

Well, I have to use the inbuilt mic of my laptop so sometimes it is quite soft indeed. However, you should be able to hear me. Have you truly watched me because I haven't seen anyone watching the channel (besides myself, as I mention quite often).

Also, I tried to cover as much Na'vi content as possible: I sang (quite a lot), I showed some Minecraft translating I'm working on, I read out some new words from Na'viteri.org and futhermore I just talked a lot about other stuff. I haven't yet put in any real item like a news or wether thing, and ofcourse Sesame Street nìNa'vi will take some while. But still, what did you think of the way I presented it? I myself think I should be more enthusiastic at certain times. :P

Ikxeru

Well, I was seeing someone (I guess: you) in front of a PC and a red curtain in the background. I was seeing that you have said something, but there was no audio. (At least, I couldn't hear nearly anything except a gentle noise).

Hmm, that's strange... Yeah, that was me indeed. :P
I won't have any time to test it until after Christmas (after tuesday to be precise) so it'll have to wait. I still think it's pretty strange though. I will try to solve that as soon as possible.

Thank you for watching by the way! Seems then that you're my only LIVE viewer. :P

had I been physically able to tune in, I would have.

I'm sorry it had to be this early, I will probably start later in the future. I hope you will enjoy the reviewing in past broadcasts. I saw that they don't line up in order when you click on video's. You'd have to scroll down and then click on more video's there. Then all the past broadcasts will appear in chronological order starting with the youngest on top.

I had to chop this stream up in several parts as I took some breaks, I have now found something else. I can now just click on a button and that will show a status screen instead of the webcam.

Ikxeru

BTW: I have or could develop some ideas about program formats for either radio shows or TV programs in Na'vi.

As I was working as a professional editor/announcer for radio stations, I guess we maybe could work together in any way, if you like that. The same goes for Tìrea as well.

The only thing that prevented me from going public with my ideas is that I am still not a fluent Na'vi-speaker.
But I will be - sooner or later, that's for sure, because I want and thus I can, kefyak?

That's not a problem, and this is true. The language is not really so hard. I believe anyone here can learn it. It just takes a little time and dedication. (but please don't let it go to addiction like what happened to me. My grades suffered the consequences xD)

Would anyone ask me first how addicted I am? ???
;D

Back on topic: I also had a look into a few vids ... do you have a specific program in mind, ma EMIBH?

eejmensenikbenhet

Yeah, there are ome things I definately want to put in that I didn't came to while testing because I would have had to stop the stream and then start it another way, then stop that en start the normal stream. Now I know how to do that without having to stop the stream so I will be doing more stuff.

I'll add some other things to the idea-list in the first post:
News, Na'vi news in particular -> new vocabulary/grammar
Lessons, to learn the viewers and myself a little more each time
Music, now I know how to stream music properly I will be doing so instead of listening to it myself and then singing it aloud so the viewers can hear it

Also, after Christmas (probably in 2012) I'm going to start asking around for volunteers (voice actors, artsy people and puppeteers) to get started on Sesame Street nìNa'vi. Script writing has already started, so expect that coming up probably before 2012 and otherwise early January.

So last thing (of this post :P):
Has anyone thought of a nice name for the tv-channel?

Tirea Aean

watching testing videos a little.

Audio soft, could be solved with headset or mic. quality is actually quite very decent for builtin mic, but a little soft. (or is it just me?)

and I'm not 100% sure, but I think you are going over Lion king nìNa'vi ;D

eejmensenikbenhet

No that's not you, but I got a new headset for Christmas which has a muchmuchmuch better sound quality. (Checking it now by re-recording Kelku mì Tayo :P)

Tirea Aean

I wish I could watch, but my internet is restricted to android phone for the rest of the day today and in the morning.

eejmensenikbenhet

Kaltxì ma frapo,

I'm going to start streaming again in about 25 minutes from now (15:00 GMT). Please join the channel (justin.tv/emibh) and join the chat and/or the teamspeak channel EMIBH TV on the Learn Na'vi Teamspeak Server.

I got some new computer stuff for Christmas, including a way better headset, want to test it out on the stream really bad...
Please come and have a look, I need your critisism and suppord.

EDIT: looks like a no for me... I'll catch it later when its not live anymore.

eejmensenikbenhet

Sorry Tirea, but for you to be able to see it live, I'd have to start streaming in the middle of the night and my parents wouldn't like that for sure. :(
