I downloaded the Memory Lifter program but I'm completely clueless as to how to import the Na'Vi glossary/dictionary into it.  I can't seem to find the link.  Can anyone assist?

Ya I couldn't get it to work either. That is why I went to jmemorize.

If the file extension is .mlm then it's already formatted properly, just double click it.  If the extension is .csv then open memory lifter, select new, click edit, then import cards, then from file.  Make sure that comma separated is selected for the file format then click load file and select the file from wherever you saved it.
