An Anthropology professor in Canada is doing a study of the spread of Na'vi and put out a call for Na'vi speakers on the LinguistList.  I thought of your sister...perhaps you could send the following link on to her so that she can fill out the survey.  She (and you) should feel free to pass it on to anyone else who is interested in learning Na'vi.
