QuoteYes, you are correct.
I'm not completely sute about this. Yes, sometimes it's works like that, but look at this Frommer's message:
QuoteAbout -tu vs. -yu: You're right--"yu" is an ending for a verb, converting it into the doer or agent, similar to English -er. "Tu," on the other hand, is short for "tute," person (as in Tawtute), and is generally used with parts of speech other than verbs.
So: for "reltseo" (as you know, rel 'image, picture' + tseo 'art'), we get "reltseotu," 'artist (lit. picture-art-person)'.
Likewise, from pamtseo 'music' we get pamtseotu, 'musician'.

I know a few artists (no one famous), 2 or 3 have confided, that they some times felt that, rather than them creating the art, the art used them to make itself real.
Artist: a person that art uses to make itself! literally a "reltseotu" not a "reltseoyu"

I have seen your trailer...
It's awersome (i don't know if this word in good here  ;D)

So I took the French trailer and analyse the sentences....
-> No difference between French and English sentences, so i put your Na'vi text on the French video...

Saturday, i asked a question to a staff member of my cinema :
"Are you interrested by the Avatar's trailer fully subtitle with Na'vi sentences ? "

He said :
"Yes ..."

So the cinema at "Chalon en Champange" show us (with others movies trailers), the French version of your Avatar's (with Na'vi subtitles) trailer

=> Oldest version <=

Peieng oe set :

Irayo, nìtxan irayo ma Fitafpi, Skxawng, Nume fpi sänume, omängum fra'uti, Tirea Aean, Tseyk Tìriuä and Txur`Itan
for the translations.
ulte Irayo, nìtxan irayo ma Seabass for doing the video editing.

For the publicity...  ;D
I put the tuteeanawm's logo on the top of the movie
I put the "Learn Na'vi Animated" logo at the begening and at the end of the movie

Eywa ayngahu nìwotx ma smukan sì smuke !!

=> Please forgive me for my English's mistakes  ;)

Update of my post...

=> the picture in the tv was 'cropped', but in the new version, i gave today, we can see the two lines of the Na'vi text
I lose my "Xelloss' avatar" in the bottom right, and the tuteeanawm's logo is cut a little  ;D

Picture of the "new version"

I put your "Animated Learn Na'vi logo" inverted at the begining
(i like this in 'inverted' mode )

I say again :

Irayo, nìtxan irayo ma Fitafpi, Skxawng, Nume fpi sänume, omängum fra'uti, Tirea Aean, Tseyk Tìriuä and Txur`Itan for the translations.
ulte Irayo, nìtxan irayo ma Seabass for doing the video editing.

Wow! Irayo ma tsmukan.

"This is great"
Thanks for doing this, I can't express how awesome this is. I never expected this trailer to come this far.

En français:

"C'est super"
Merci d'avoir fait cela, je ne peux exprimer à quel point cela est impressionnant. Je ne m'attendais pas ce trailer de venir jusqu'ici.

P.S. The spelling is "awesome" but I know what you mean.

Has anyone sent James Cameron/Karyu pawl a email showing them this video?  Perferably with the side note of, we demand navi subtitles (and/or dubs!) for the special edition dvd.

Getting in touch with Cameron would be great but good luck with that. I did contact Lightstorm and they referred me to Fox, of which it is EXCEEDINGLY hard to get a hold of someone. As for Frommer, I have no idea but I would imagine so.

I think I saw "81 guests" looking at the site when I logged on, now only 64 Users (2 Hidden), I wonder who they are, anyone from Fox reading this?
