Bringing them to life!
« on: March 04, 2010, 02:11:55 am »
The title may be misleading. But don't get me wrong, that's what I would love to see!
K, so, I've read through the ASG a few times and can't help but notice how practical some of the Na'vi "artifacts" are. Such as the drum or the Ikran bow. Both seem to be possible to make, in fact i have a gord that would maybe work for the drum if it works the way the book says. And as for the bow, it looks like it would be possible to make too! The ceremonial bow confuses me a bit.

I'm not a very skilled craftsman myself, but if anyone has thought of the same things I have, Please share your thoughts, and how be can turn some parts of Na'vi culture into Real objects rather than Science fiction!

i plan on being a Na'vi for halloween and plan on making my costume myself ;D, except for some ordered materials off of the internet. i have yet to make it and learn the skills necessary to make the desired accessories though. once i do learn these skills and whatnot, i will share them here if possible.
