Nice work, but it seems, that Help doesn't accepts that language file and shows everything in English... And also... The help is there twice (15, I think, and 19). What's the diference between them?

I'm attaching cz.ncl language file, so, anyone, who is interested can download.

I tried Czech translation, but.... text is broken. Seems that file with translation must be saved in UTF-8 (if I use Unicode, null is shown instead of all texts), but program apparently doesn't read file with this encoding...

I don't see any change - Czech is still broken, if language file is encoded into UTF-8, I must to store it in Win1250 to show correctly (but it breaks ì letter...) . Also, when switch to Czech, help is still English. But when I set Czech as default language, help is correctly Czech

The last thing I noticed is that you can't close help window by clicking x in the caption - you must press Ok button. But it is not important.

Only one problem I've encountered.... When you enter unspecified combination in the switching of the language, it shows error message, but when you switch the language and then try to switch into undefined language, it shows the error message also in english.

I'm not sure if it is bug or feature, but it works that way...
