How about... (thinking) A step-by-step guide to Learning Na-vi---For the Complete Beginner (Volume 1 of course) by professor Atoki Atanyä

I'm currently in the process of making that anyway :P

The only problem for me is that i currently have final exams coming up, so I'm meant to be on a study leave soon/revising now. LUCKILY, I have a one week holiday starting tomorrow :D

And Professor??? I'm not that smart. :P

So far, your guide looks pretty good.  You do have some typos in the first half of the guide though, watch your ì in Kìyevame.  In the first half of the guide you spell it Kiyevame instead, but its spelled correctly in the later half of the guide.

Also, it just looks weird to see "Oel ngati kameie" without the <ei> infix, but its probably best that you left it out, given that you are trying not to confuse people too much during lesson #1.

Good job so far...

2022 update: Working on the new astrology book. "How to read tarot" books are on Amazon, if you are into that sort of thing.
Okay, so the old podcast is here: https://www.podomatic.com/podcasts/radioavatar It was goofy fun that ended too soon, but we had creative people. I hope we can get a new gang together (interested? PM me, let's make some magic!)
(Very old, outdated) Na'vi FUN activity book is here: But what are you doing? Let me know! :)

Really good beginning! Starts slowly and analyses the text in a casual way. Now I know how to get my friends in to learning Na'vi  ::)

Before reading this, I already knew everything in this section, but I can see that this will help beginners with the language.  Unlike most Earth languages, you can't rely on cognates or etymology; even the fastest of learners are likely to struggle.  This seems to be a great start for anyone looking to learn Na'vi -- and a good hook for those forced into it by friends :).

Eywa ngahu,
Atan
"Hey!  Ngaru lu fpom srak?"
"What the heck is that?"
"It's uh, Na'vi, you know, from 'Avatar'."
"Sorry, I haven't seen that movie."

After those there may be a break, as I will be sitting my Exams just after Easter. After that though, expect a hell of a lot of worksheets. Possibly enough to rival Kaltxi Palulukan's AMAZING Workbook. ( A little link here)

As opposed to a big link like this one?

But seriously, great job :)

Txan Irayo,

While we're at it, let's just make a FREAKEN HUGE ONE THAT GLOWS AND HAS A THOUGHT BUBBLE.

But seriously, thanks. 10 weeks until my exams. Then: FREEDOM.

And that barrage of worksheets that i keep putting off due to the fact I have to learn Spanish first. =.=

Es muy stupido. Prefiero estudiar Na'vi, pero mi colegio es dirigido por idiotas. Na'vi es necesario.

:D
