I've fix the bug by restarting and reconfiguration of the BIONIC software.
It works now!

So, one problem fixed, and an another problem is comming...

Generally, BOINC is one of those things that just works. It can be a little na syaksyuk when you update it, though.

For people who may have the same problem like me:
I have this info from the SETI@Home Forum.

One trick some of us have found useful is to go into the Projects tab in boincmgr, select seti@home and then click on No New Tasks and then Update. Seems that the timeouts occur when the scheduler is asking for new tasks. Click on Allow New Tasks once the scheduler request completes, so you get more work when the blockage clears.

Just so you guys know, as soon as I get my server working again, I'll be setting up SETI@Home on it. Windows Server 2012 doesn't like me.
