Learn Na'vi - Windows Vista/7 gadget

Greatings Na'vi forum, iw thougth about releasing it to public, so here it comes!


Note: This only works for Windows Vista and Windows 7. XP and below are not supporting Gadgets® 


Release Beta 1

• Shuffles all Na'vi words every 5 secounds, will fix this in upcoming release(probably).
• Easy to replace Na'vi word list if something/someone changes in it

The gadget communicates with a dll copied to System32, also called Dll Interop.

Gadget -> COM Interop(DLL) -> LearnNavi-wordlist.csv(Comma separated values)

Theres a GDI bug there i know, and i know how to fix it 
ill just need to set a transparent background insteads of nothing

you can use the Vista Sidebar on XP:
Fist you have to install Alky for Applications then use this:

• Well thanks for showing how to do it in XP
• And yes it works on Win 7 x64 bit, because thats the bit version i use

   The souce code is coded in C# using Visual studio 2008 / Visual C# express edition

   You may notice that the code contains Na'vi Speech code ( working on a try )

   One thing i dont really know is why it works on random computers ( On all my friend's computers it worked totaly fine ) , maybe patches on the computer or something else

   Note: Maybe because the users dont have fully Administrator rights to write to the Sys registry

I dont think thats really possible because the COM DLL is totally windows C# and the gadget to, but porting is not impossible.

I've been trying to get this to work, but must say. I fail at it. I got full administrative rights, but after 'installing' the gadget, it opens but stays on 'Loading' pretty much forever. =x

I use Vista so its really useful to me. One thing that I have figured out is that if you have quite dark wallpaper the words dont show up as good, maybe you can have some different colours? White, Light Blue etc?
That would be really good for people with dark Desktop Backgrounds.
