How do i upload one of them on my signature?

If you're on a PC, you can rightclick on the image and select "Properties". In the window that opens, you can copy the URL provided and then add it to your signature with the img tags likes this:



This can be problem if the original hoster ever decides to remove his photo. In this case the OP is offering his work free, so it's fine to rightclick and save a copy of the image for yourself and host it to your own imageshack or photobucket account, then use your own URL.

For a MAC, I'm not sure.

if you want to make your own userbars, just use a userbargen.... why use theese?

also if any one's knows of if a place that does free photo shope cs3 lesson's for stuff like this, it would be greatly appropriated
